• “Products” refers to apparel, accessories, display items, and branded goods supplied by Tagline™.
• “Branding services” refers to embroidery, printing, engraving, and related services.

3. Use of the Website
By using our website, you agree that:
• You will not engage in unlawful or harmful activities
• You will not attempt to interfere with website functionality
• You will provide accurate information when placing orders or creating an account
We reserve the right to restrict access or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Orders and Acceptance
4.1 Order Confirmation
An order is only confirmed once payment has been received and you have received written confirmation from Tagline™.
4.2 Right to Decline
Tagline™ reserves the right to decline or cancel any order due to:
• Stock unavailability
• Incorrect pricing
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity
• Incomplete information
If an order is cancelled after payment, a refund will be issued.

5. Pricing and Payment
• All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR).
• Prices may change without prior notice.
• Payment must be made in full before production begins.
• Tagline™ uses secure third‑party payment gateways; we do not store card details.

6. Branding Specifications
Tagline™ applies all branding according to industry‑approved standards, including:
• Correct logo placement
• Approved sizing ratios
• Fabric‑appropriate application methods
• PMS‑matched colours (where applicable)
• Stitch‑count, ink‑density, or heat‑press guidelines
Customers are responsible for ensuring that artwork provided is accurate, high‑resolution, and legally owned or licensed.

7. Production and Turnaround Times
• Production begins only after payment and artwork approval.
• Turnaround times vary based on order size, branding method, and stock availability.
• Estimated timelines will be communicated but are not guaranteed.
• Delays caused by suppliers, couriers, load‑shedding, or other external factors are outside our control.

8. Delivery and Collection
• Delivery fees are calculated at checkout or quoted separately.
• Tagline™ is not responsible for delays caused by courier services.
• Risk passes to the customer once the order is collected by the courier or by the customer.

9. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Due to the customised nature of branded products:
• Branded items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless defective.
• Unbranded items may be returned within 7 days if unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
• Defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
Tagline™ reserves the right to assess defects before approving a replacement or refund.

10. Artwork, Logos & Intellectual Property
• Customers must ensure they have the legal right to use any artwork submitted.
• Tagline™ is not liable for trademark or copyright disputes arising from customer‑supplied artwork.
• All Tagline™ branding, logos, and content remain the intellectual property of Tagline™ (Pty) Ltd.

11. Limitation of Liability
Tagline™ is not liable for:
• Losses caused by courier delays
• Incorrect information provided by the customer
• Wear and tear from normal product use
• Damage caused by improper washing or handling
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our liability is limited to the value of the order.
